I have used Lake County Appeal for
multiple properties and I have saved money every time! I would recommend them
without reservation. I have had the property tax bills lowered from $600 a year
up to $4,200 a year on my personal residence. I have not found a better service
to help lower property tax bills...

Lake County Appeal really worked their magic for me. I have tried to appeal myself the past three years and I lost all three times. Lake County Appeal did a spectacular job on our three appeals. The savings on our custom home was huge and regarding our two rental properties, one was almost cut in half and the other by almost a third! My rep, Mark, took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and how he was going about our reductions. He exceeded all of my expectations. Mark also saved me another $350 because I was about to have an appraisal done on our custom home and he recommended I hold off to see if it really was necessary.
